To choose the right body measurements, you should measure yourself beforehand. The pattern is only available in sizes S, M, L and XL, but it can be easily adjusted to your size. This pattern is more about the distance between the breast tip and the breast tip than it is about the size measurement. The instructions describe how to adjust it.
